Custom Bike Building

Anyone who knows about welding and fabrication on Harley-Davidsons in British Columbia has heard about Ken here at Arrow Cycle. High standards and super attention to detail are a part of Ken's building and design mantra. Frame alterations, custom built stainless bars, one-of-a kind exhaust systems and of course, Ken's own signature round aluminum oil tanks are works of art and perfection.
 
Ken also is interested in not only how the bike build looks, but also how it feels, handles and of course how it performs.
 
Personal fittings and styles are incorporated into each element of a custom bike, computer-aided design systems ensure rake and trail are true and interaction with bike and client are measured and incorporated in the finished product.
 
Ken has a keen ear for the classic and vintage bikes (evolution to knuckleheads), and has his own raked retro rat panhead that needs to be seen to be appreciated. Building an old school bike is second nature to Ken. S&S motors are favoured by top builders, and are Ken's engine of choice, with components matched to performance demands of the client. Ken is a horsepower fanatic with hundreds of dyno runs under his belt. Performance will be delivered, in whatever frame or style requested.
